Arch.Haus is a RIBA Chartered architecture practice. We work across nuclear and industrial sites, civic masterplanning, commercial schemes and the homes people live in — carrying the same rigour from a licensed nuclear facility to a garden extension.

Nuclear & Industrial
Technical design and multidisciplinary coordination on licensed nuclear sites and major industrial redevelopments, including work at Urenco's Capenhurst site, Sellafield, and the Shotton Paper Mill redevelopment.
Civic & Masterplanning
Town-centre regeneration and civic buildings, from stakeholder engagement through to delivery — including a town-centre delivery plan and a new council headquarters built from six consolidated buildings.
Residential
New-build homes, extensions and ancillary buildings through to large-scale residential-led masterplans, spanning Green Belt sites and developments of 500+ units.
Commercial & Mixed-Use
Mixed-use and commercial schemes delivered through all RIBA work stages, working directly with Tier 1 contractors, developers and heritage bodies on listed buildings.

Jonathan Farrell
Director — Architect, RIBA, ARBChartered Architect with over 11 years delivering complex, large-scale projects across nuclear, industrial, civic, commercial and residential sectors. Currently Lead Architect with Costain on a circa £200m uranium enrichment facility for Urenco at its Capenhurst nuclear licensed site.

Thomas Glover
Director — Architect, RIBA, ARBChartered Architect with over 11 years across industrial, nuclear, residential, commercial, leisure and conservation sectors, comfortable working under both JCT and NEC forms of contract. Currently Principal Architect with Costain on Urenco's Capenhurst nuclear licensed site.
